US Supports Refugees Programme in Sudan by US$16 Million

Khartoum – The American delegation, participating in the meetings of the Executive Committee of Human Rights Council in Geneva, has agreed to support the refugees programs in Sudan with $ 16 million.
The Refugees Commissioner, Engineer Hamad Al-Jozouli told Sudan Vision that the American delegation that met with the Interior Minister, Ahmed Bilal Osman and the accompanying delegation in Geneva , insured on supporting  the programs of voluntary return and refugees services, particularly in education filed, adding that the meeting discussed the weak response of the international community with regard refugees programs, in addition to the technical support to the program of refugees registration, saying that the American delegation  called for the need  to facilitate the movement of delegations in Sudan to stand on refugees situations  and to follow-up  the implementation  of various programs, affirming that the interior minister ensured  on the facilitation  of the  travel procedures of visiting delegations  to camps  to be acquainted by themselves  on refugees situations there.
