Chief Justice Inaugurates Training Session for Judges on Miscellaneous Amendments Act

Khartoum- Chief Justice Hon. Prof. Haider Ahmed Dafallah inaugurated yesterday a training session for judges on the Miscellaneous Amendments Act, 2018 (facilitation of procedures), which is organized by the Training Department at the Judiciary in collaboration with the Judicial and Legal Sciences Institute.
Head of the Training Department at the Judiciary Hon. Dhirar Yusuf affirmed that the training session aims at capacity building of judges to rule in complaints by the peoples, stressing the importance of the amendments that aim at facilitating procedures of courts and ending their slowness.
Dean of the Judicial and Legal Sciences Institute Hon. Dr. Susan Saeed Shandi affirmed that the training session is designed to explain the amendments that have been introduced in the Sudanese judicial system for just settlement of civil cases.
The Chief Justice affirmed that the training session focusses on the Miscellaneous Amendments Act for facilitation of procedures of courts for prompt settlement of cases and realization of justice.
Meanwhile, the Chief Justice also got acquainted on the progress of the training session for members of the military judiciary, commending the joint cooperation between the Judicial and Legal Sciences Institute and the Military Judiciary.
